The Being with ME
approach gives you the tools to:
- Be in the moment
- To let go of limiting beliefs and patterns of behaviour
- To live your life from a place of self compassion and heart
The starting point is self compassion and self awareness. By
asking yourself how am I arriving? in this moment how do I feel physically and emotionally.
Then you practice self awareness around limiting beliefs and the triggers by: noticing, stopping, taking a breath and asking yourself what do I need now.
