Care Planning

The Being with ME approach makes us aware, encourages and enables: Us to be in the moment.

Ask ourselves how am I arriving; in this moment how do I feel physically and emotionally.

Gives us the tools to engage with ourselves and others from a more balanced, connected and appreciative place.

Develops an awareness of our own needs and wellbeing so that we can connect with others from a place of calm, non judgement and equality.

An understanding and acknowledgement of how we identify ourselves e.g. as a mother, brother or a job role, so that we can see and acknowledge the identities of the people we support.

If you answer no to any of the questions below, we can help.
  • Do you think the support you offer is good but there is something missing?
  • Are the people you support living their best lives, being seen for who they are?
  • Is there perhaps a sense that routine is overshadowing potential?
  • Are staff engaged or perhaps there's a sense they are treading water?
  • Is it important that you support your staff teams?

We help you discover your way forward, we'll work together to find the very best way of achieving it.
The more compassionate we are to ourselves the more we can offer this to others
