The Being with ME approach makes us aware, encourages and enables: us to be in the moment.

Ask ourselves how am I arriving; in this moment how do I feel physically and emotionally.

Gives us the tools to engage with ourselves and others from a more balanced, connected and appreciative place.

Develops an awareness of our own needs and wellbeing so that we can connect with others from a place of calm, non judgement and equality.

The Being with ME approach enables us to notice the choice point between reacting and responding. Giving us the tools to; notice, stop, take a breath and ask what do I want to do now. Enabling us the opportunity to release those behaviours and patterns which keep us from being our true selves and from living our best lives.

We work from 4 principles of:

1. Being in the moment - what do I or the person I support need now
2. Letting go of old patterns and unwrinkling our mind
3. Working from a place of self compassion and compassion with others, a with heart approach.
4. Finanally when we have the first 3 principles in place we are able to be in a place of natural flow.

The Being with ME approach enables us to make a move away from doing to, to being with.

The tools we use to underpin this approach are;

1. Meditation/stillness
2. Movement - Tai Chi Movement for Wellbeing
3. Deep Listening - without interruption or direction
4. Energy awareness

We also promote an ethos of positive awareness, through naming what is working and what isn't from a place of acknowledgement and support. We encourage the value of gratitude for ourselves and others.

All this is all underpinned by the value of real appreciation for ourselves and each other, acknowledging success, engagement, strengths, honesty and vulnerability.

Being with Me services;

We offer a out of the box compassionate and mindful in the moment approach to care planning. Asking those people needing support what do they want their lives to be like, what are their dreams.

We also work with staff, through creating a culture of everyone matters. Everyone has the right to be heard and supported; everyone’s opinion is a valuable as the next persons. We believe the best ideas arise under the best conditions, so we support you in creating a supportive, nurturing and appreciative culture.

Alongside this we are experts in supporting individuals through those periods when we need some extra encouragement or guidance.

Whatever your needs, we are here to listen deeply and support you in whatever way feels most appropriate and of use to you.
